I think we may already have a good Manager but I agree about the players. Even so I think we'd struggle to sell anywhere near 7,000 with the attraction of PL football down the road. I also agree with your comment on atmosphere but to match 2800 ST at £345 we would have sell 6500 at £149 to match the revenue. I know you'd get some extra revenue from food and drink etc but with Vale's catering offer probably not that much.

I do however agree the club needs to look at doing far more offers during the season e.g. £10 entry, kids for a quid etc. One thing is for sure £349 for L2 football is too steep.

 

 

 

As said before, we sold well over 6000 at a more expensive price not that long ago. We may have a good manager now, what I meant was we need a bit of buzz close season to attract season ticket holders not a pre season like we had at the start of this season. The support is out there, it just needs something to bring it back and to attract new supporters. If season tickets were £180 it would make it a lot cheaper than down the road plus it is harder to get match day tickets for the premiership.

The buzz will build with securing our L1 status over the next few weeks, the plan for next season needs to build it further with a realistic budget, STs with an improved discount system, also a loyalty bonus.
