This is a big season for Rob IMO. He burst on to the scene and scored some very good goals for us but seems to have gone quiet now. Does he know where his best position is? Does Micky?

 

If he doesn't get much first team action this year or make an impression then it may well be his last for the club.

I liked him playing really high up on the left when Micky employed the 3-4-3 formation.

 

He's got be encouraged to attack in my opinion and give the opposing full back something to think about. Take em on should be the cry when he's on the ball.

 

Remember his goal at the old Chesterfield ground?

 

He's very capable of playing the division above, especially now his fitness has improved. I think he'll get a lot of games.

Hope you're right IR. I like Rob, or Bob as he was called at Stafford. He attacked very well but does seem to be a bit resctricted when he's given defensive responsibilites.

 

Unfortunately he isn't good enough to build a team around and I don't share your view that he's good enough for League 1. Still, I'm willing to be proved wrong!
