Goals on the scoreboard

The clock freezing can be a bit frustrating. It would be nice if that could get solved.

 

The clock freezing is caused by the laptop I control the board from the TV gantry losing its connection, sometimes it reconnects of its own accord but others the laptop has to be restarted, hence the minute or two delay to restart it. To hardwire it would be very expensive I've been told so currently stuck with current set up which is worse the more fans are in the Hamil End as I assume mobile phone signals interfere with the connection.

The video being shown is taken directly off youtube using hypercam programme and is currently still work in progress as trying to get screen sizes right for the width of scoreboard screen without distorting too much.

yep , well done to mark turner who runs the scoreboard , he spends a lot of time programming it .

Highlights are wasted on that scoreboard because it's not high spec enough and looks to have pixel issues because of the speed.

 

I would imagine decent ones cost a lot of money we probably can't waste.

 

When it was bought it was the same quality as the one used by Man Utd.

Tp remember in days of yore the lad who scored 7 for you in one match (Coleman?) and never scored another all season?

See Sunderland won today - a revival there and all of a sudden there's two relegation places up for grabs for your boys.

 

Neville Coleman known as Tim scored 7 in one match in a snow storm. He was a right winger and also wore 7 on his shirt. A prolific goal scorer fro Stoke. I don't believe that he never scored again.

When we first got it, didn't it keep showing Robin Hulbert scoring a deflected goal against Crewe for about 2 seasons? It's nice to get it more up to date.

We'll tell the bloke next to you that I thought this was a place to express opinions and at the end of the day Ben Williamson could have been Luis Suarez for all I could make out on Saturday.

 

No point in saying its fantastic when it's not.
