I think he will do ok in league 2. He jumped from the national league to league 1. League 2 he should do alright.

Looking at the retained list definitely some good in there but also some bad. If we want to get out of league 2 we just need good players. We also need some good players on the bench. Gonna need a decent window. Not sure if Darren can do it on his own. Some good talent. Chislet, garrity, all the youngsters, ojo if he feels like it I think some of the players that were <ovf censored> in league 1 could perform in league 2. we need wingers/wingbacks, 2 good strikers, a solid centre back to help smith at the back. I think we have a good midfield Garrity,Chislet, ojo, Sang and grant if you play them in position. Sang and grant would probably be your 70 min subs. Maybe 20 min if Sang comes on for ojo when he doesn't feel like it.

I don't know why we won't give the man a chance. I say give him a transfer window and first half of season and if we do well enough we should keep him. If we do absolutely shocking bring ainsworth in.

Yes it probably does. He's only played wing back with us. Midfield everywhere else. Odd time when players have been injured and he's played out of position.

I agree with most of that but I can't see us keeping chis and garrity. So Darren or whoever is incharge of recruitment is gonna have a very busy window.

Chis and garrity I don't think will stay. Another club will probably come in for them. Ojo I think needs to go. That puts the midfield down to Walters, Sang and grant. Who I think are good enough for league 2 but I'm not sure if they are good enough to get us out.

I can't see garrity and chislet staying. Good players in a bad team. Imagine them in a good team. Maybe even dipepa will go. Everyone else on your list I can see staying.

Well considering we have depth of good midfielders and basically no wingbacks. I'm guessing Sang is the only good option. Would have thought Jack shorrock or lomax could play wingbacks but I'm guessing because of there age and physical ability Sang is thought to be best there.

Someone said they wanted ojo at the back. So I asked who they would play in the midfield. I though Sang considering he has played there most his career. We played him there at the start of the season and he played well.

I've looked and it's a load of waffle. Look at forest green at the bottom with a director of football. Look at the teams down there with them with no director of football.

Can't be arsed reading that. Why follow the trend? Because it works that's why. Why play with a striker? Because it works. <ovf censored> striker = no goals. Good striker= goals. Works same with a dof but the club is run better or worse.

Every team in top 10 od league 2 has a dof. We need a dof. We have the money.
