Gavin Massey to leave vale when contract expires in summer
darren1810 replied to Splodger's topic in Port Vale present
David Flitcroft promise fell short as Gavin Massey leaves Port Vale FOOTBALLLEAGUEWORLD.CO.UK Another DF gem. -
Doncaster lwb full of energy. Direct pacy runs. Everything you want in a wing back.
-
Just comes across as an arrogant tool. But certainly way better than our wing backs.
-
They were bloody awful at Colchester last game of the season. This was like a pre season amble until the goal. Quiet stadium and Crewe have looked very poor. Matter of time till Doncaster get a 2nd.
-
Trainspotters looking pretty awful. Even before Doncaster scored there was zero atmosphere.
-
Port Vale can take positive League Two step with this three-fold transfer call FOOTBALLLEAGUEWORLD.CO.UK Not telling us anything new but obviously others see those 3 as our best assets. As did your goodself.
-
Having read stuff about Huddersfield it appears there was more going on than just poor management. The new guy did absolutely nothing and they went down with a whimper like us.
-
Certainly not the squad. But let's see what wheeling and dealing we do before August. I gave Moore a free hit , however he was abysmal really. I'm prepared to see what August brings .
-
I'm more concerned with the other end of the table at the moment 🙃
-
It's just usually a glorified training exercise. In reality just getting minutes into legs. I don't think it harms us. Usually a slow build up and we're all good to go for the opening day ( ahem 😉) .
-
We can all cherry pick mate. Normacot, Cobridge, Bentilee, Chell Heath all have bad reputations around here. Birmingham knocks spots off Stoke-on-Trent. Indeed our beloved Burslem is in dreadful decay. Away fans must think they are in a bygone age.
-
You ever been to Birmingham City centre as opposed to our gem Hanley? Birmingham is a great city. Stoke-on-Trent is a downtrodden hovel through lack of foresight and investment.
-
Do well get any change from a £100 fare for that game.
-
The new Sutton. Horrible, physical and 80 fans in the away end. Oh well
-
Amazing to think he's been a regular and still is for Halifax since he left us. Was too laid back for my liking and gave me kittens. But he's had a good career and is the Halifax captain.
-
It's a good payday for our local non league teams and harbours good relationships. Nothing wrong with playing them sides. Remember going Parkway Clayton in the 80's and the mighty Les Lawrence scored. Found his level ! .

Bromley v Solihull today. 200 odd miles or a day on beer in Birmingham. No brainer
-
Mate of mine last week after they beat Southampton reserves was crowing . Talking big time as you said about promotion etc. I offered him a grand there and then that they don't finish top 7 and he bottled it. He's very wealthy too whereas I'd of saved up just in case. They have been knocking on the relegation door on the odd occasion . One time it will open.

Wouldn't be good for the Police overtime budget.

It won't be anything remotely glamorous. Maybe Stockport, Wrexham or Rotherham!!

An evening with DM & Matt Hancock - Thurs 2nd May

Stone ended up 3rd choice at midtable Notts County. Think that tells me all I need to know. -

We really do Warren. An awful set with a weak underbelly. Your point 1. We have 2 maybe 3 " best players " . They need to stay and be supplemented by players of similar ability. -
Summer transfer rumours and speculation

Love an ex player on here mate. Gibbo, Harratt etc. Not seen anyone mentioning getting Small back yet after he was a regular at Charlton. -

I thought the whole evening was beneficial with respectful behaviour from everyone. No name calling or back biting. The proof of the pudding will be come August. I really hope ,and realise due to the Aug transfer window that it's difficult, that we have most of our team in place come opening day. Moore said this was his hope too. We all know the consequences of a 23.50 pm panic signing don't we ! -
