  1. We'll agree to disagree. Chislett is second top goalscorers and top in assists. In a poor team. Say no more I didn't mention Clark in my post I think Planty has done ok in an unfamiliar role,in his first full season. Much better than Grant or Sang. I'd go as far to say that Shorrock has had more impact than either of them.
  2. I've not compared teams, just the treatment of Chislett. I'm baffled by Moore's interviews...he waffles and repeats himself. We don't appear to have a method of football and the team gives up far too easily. He did lose Devine and Blaster but Garrity and Plant came back...not the same positions or players but my original point was that wouldn't it be better to play your best attackers to try to score goals? I think Chislett is one of our better players but not where he's being played and he's played 2 full games under Moore
  3. Surely we have a win in us to make it interesting? I still feel Cheltenham will hit a bad run so we need to get a win to chase that 20th place. I really hope we play attacking football. If we go behind it is always game over
  4. Our manager has turned out most productive attacker in Chislett,to a bit part player stuck out on the wing tracking back and trying to tackle. We've scored 8 goals with a minus 10 goal difference in 11 games. Chislett has completed 90 minutes only twice and come off the bench 3 times. I honestly think we've got worse under Moore
  5. I've seen the highlights -pathetic attempts on goal versus pathetic marking...not getting goal side. Then I listen to the managers comments.Repeats the same thing over and over... We have managed 8 points out of 33 under his tenure. I thought 48 points would make us safe, now I think it's 50. That's 11 points out of 18 needed. Yesterday was a massive opportunity to actually climb out of the relegation zone. I can't see it happening

  7. I'm on holiday but don't criticize the away fans. This team have lost 21 games out of 40...last season we lost 23 out of 46. Minus 25 GD last season Minus 23 this That's how bad we are and it isn't down to the fans
  8. Garbage. Missed a real trick to get at least a point against a team who have won 1 in 7
  9. I hope you're right And it's a crap goal at that
  10. I'll take a crap team like us scoring a crap goal but not conceding any more crap goals so it isn't a crap result
  11. Keep the unbeaten run going. Clean sheets will mean this. Impossible to predict results but we've given ourselves a chance and the team look like they are playing for each other. Just hope Garrity,Wilson and Chislett aren't injured.
  12. It goes to show that whatever the fixtures, you can never predict Posh losing to Carlisle at home? As long as we have a chance v Cambridge and it's in our own hands then that'll be as good as we can hope for considering the run we have had Moore has managed to string together consecutive wins and clean sheets We have a chance...
  13. So people are criticizing Dipepas goal? It's one of the best I've ever seen. Today was a complete performance. Defenders defended well. Ripley with no shots to save. Sang has his best game. Plant full of running, stayed close to his man. Hardly any crosses in from the opposition wingers. Middle 3 were solid,Garrity played well(hope he's not injured) Chizzy and Lofty defended well from the front. Lofty deserved a goal...looks a different player. DiPepa? What a goal. I've said before that clean sheets will get you a point minimum. Lots of challenges going in today. The last 2 games have given us hope. We can't rely on opposition dropping points...it's down to us. We got 2 points closer to Burton and Shrewsbury. 3 points further away from Fleetwood. It's been a good day
  14. Last season Cambridge had 30 points from 37 games We had 44 from 37 They beat us They won 5 and drew 1 of their last 9 Ended on 46 points and stayed up We ended on 49 We are currently on 36 from 38 It is possible....
  15. We're an EFL club where Robbie Williams is president, but now want to be famous for another reason | The Sun WWW.THESUN.CO.UK I'm hoping this isnt the only good news the club is remembered for this season. Flitcroft gone A win at last Momentum needs to continue I'll take any sort of win
  16. I noticed a few posters who weren't posting ever again this season have reappeared....... A clean sheet,a battling performance...that's all I ask for. Negatives? We beat a poor team and only scored once. Positives? Lofty looked superb. I know he missed a 1 on 1 but he created it himself. His goal was a reward for the effort made for his goal. We kept a clean sheet and ground out a win. It's taken us up 2 places. The team needs to pick points up each game. It's a mountain to climb but at least the team looks bothered. We now have a lifeline at least.
  17. Ben Whitfield,Jamie Proctor and Dave Worrall played for Barrow B team yesterday And look at our bag o sh1te of a squad
  18. The Robbie Williams incident straight after Carols letter upset me and I'm sure a lot of others. We invest our time and money and don't deserve to be patronised and criticized, which was the content of Carols letter. It's almost the same it being her ball and she'll take it home so no one else can play with it,or else. Couple this with an inane 50 year old trying to be cool when he only turns up if he needs publicity Don't treat the fans like fools...they are the heartbeat of the club I can see crowds of 2500 if Fraudcroft is still there with 50 Harrogate/Crawley/Accie fans there. It's heartbreaking
  19. Not enough under Moore. Anyone with any flair doesn't start. Yet Moore keeps starting Jones and Massey. Clueless
  20. But at least we played with pride. I keep saying it....we are worse under Moore. I somehow lasted at the game until the point where Wilson aimed a cross field ball to DiPepa...straight out of play. Then the interviews....God help us,although,I don't think he actually could Carol has allowed Fraudcroft to help assemble this squad and we are stuck with them next season. His process is appalling ..it has no substance. Get loans in,they go back, get more loans in. The only striker we have signed is Uche. Even an idiot knows you won't score goals with no strikers. Arblaster made Ojo look decent. Devine carried the MF when he'd gone. I actually think Ollie will get young player of the season and he hasn't played since December. Owen Dale has made 15 appearances and 13 as sub with 2 goals and 2 assists. Jones made him look like Messi. This was playing against a team that got hammered 5-0 on Tuesday. Yesterday will have been the last straw for a lot of fans. They've already started disappearing where I sit...over 20 home defeats in 2 seasons ..Carol...you are ruining the club with your patronizing appointment of El Presidente and your snotty condescending letter to the fans backed by an obnoxious arrogant fool who announced he isnt thinking of relegation
  21. It's 100 times worse under Moore No Chislett=no creativity. Plant played full back and got further forward than Massey Wilson's effort waas bad as Lofts v Fleetwood We look devoid of pace and desire Listening to that terrible dirge,"Always look on the bright side of life" made me want to scream Shut up That's how bad it has become
  22. The only positive I can find over our horrible run is that Carol must be saving a fortune in win bonuses
  23. I've watched his interviews and he talks tripe. We need to get better on the training ground. How about on the pitch? We look worse under Moore. Our most creative player is on the bench. Massey and Jones...I've said it several times...they are both dreadful. So many players standing around today. We are so pedestrian. It seems the DNA is to fanny around at the back, then pass it to Ripley. No one is prepared to run through the middle. No one tracks the ball all the way back meaning there are players queuing up from the opposition. Even the second goal had their CB following it in. Were it not for Ripley and their final ball, we'd have got battered today. I nearly came away when the second goal was scored. I could play in goal for the opposition...no saves to make yet again. Also,I think I could put more effort in than Massey, and play better than Jones. The team have actually got worse. Play Plant and Shorrock to give us a bit of pace. Jones and Massey should never play for the club again. Carol has a fraud as a DoF,a clueless manager on a 5 year contract and a powderpuff squad of which most are under contract next season. The crowd have been let down for two seasons at home-more than 20 defeats and all the owner can do is write a snotty letter to the fans and appoint an absolute clown as a President. All of your doing Carol...
  24. Where is El Presidente? It's gone very quiet from him. The comment about Darren Moore being available and chasing him is the same as Ryan Loft. No one else wanted them...we are stuck with both. Moore has actually made us worse. We ended the game with DiPepa,Chizzy,Loft and Wilson and still didn't look like scoring. Massey is the laziest player I've seen in a long time. Jones is one of the worst. It shows how good Blaster and Devine were. Wilson's effort in the second half was as bad as Lofts against Fleetwood I only attend cos I have a season ticket, that's how bad it is. No heart,no fight, not bothered. Only Ripley can hold his head up high
  25. Neither can Sang...and he certainly can't tackle. His 2 corners last week versus Shrewsbury were awful
