Why so many 'thumbs down ratings'?

 

The club are finally listening to fans and their ideas to improve things - isn't this what we all wanted?

 

If we all don't participate in this simple survey, what right do we have to complain about the matchday experience in the future?

sounds like they are coming up with some great new ideas for keeping kids interested at matches. hope the family zone idea takes off

 

Me to. I've completed the survey even though my 'kids' are 46 and 43! Even my grandchildren are too old for that survey but I do know what children like. The survey's a great idea for the Club to get the feedback the need to move things forward.

all completed, the swearing bit has to be sorted, that's the main problem for me! i wont deny that when I go on my own/ with my partner I swear and shout just as much as the next fan, but when I take my kids, there is no swearing from me and that's what kind of atmosphere I would like to take my kids into.
