Prosser celebration

Having read this thread and the Southend physio one I do wonder how some people would react if something actually out-of-order happened at Vale Park. Complaining is a contagious hobby.

 

You're right there - there is very little that happens at a game and receives no comment on here. Things are picked over to the nth degree.

 

I thought the physio thing was funny and never even noticed Prosser's celebration. Shame on me.

Basically he was celebrating like he'd just picked the winner in the national.

 

Times are that when you score against your former club, especially the club that gave you your footballing life, you dont celebrate. Certainly not in the way he did anyway.

 

I know it was the last minute and a decent strike but he could of just punched the air or something. No need to milk it.

 

Can't belive anyone could have a problem with him, celebrating a goal with his own fans! Hardly Emmanuel Adebayor was it! In fact at the end of the game he looked a bit gutted! Good luck to him.

I would of celebrated exactly just how he did after scoring a last gasp equaliser against the side who released him for saying he wasn't good enough. Fair play to him.

 

Also i didn't think he had that bad a game as some suggest to be honest. At Southend earlier in the season he was absolutely awful and got took off at half time because Marc Richards and Justin Richards absolutely battered him from all angles.

 

How things change eh?

Prosser was a poor palyer and so we got rid. Lee Collins is now playing where Prosser tried and failed. I am saying Lee Collins is playing as poor as Prosser ever did. He is awful but gets little criticism. 4 / 5 BIG mistakes this year cost us goals Few opportunities to get forward. AND still he finds time to talk with the crowd in the paddock not once but twice yesterday. Lee - forget it - Concentrate 100% on football on the pitch and dont make stupid mistakes that are costing us poin ts.

Luke Prosser has a way of breaking our hearts.

I will never forgive him for that shocking backpass against Macc in the cup.

Prosser just looked delighted to have scored as most players would (particularly defenders) when it is a last minute equaliser. There was no malice in it whatsoever and he was released by Vale at the end of the day so fair play to him.

I thought he was by far their worst player yesterday, he looked uncomfortable, clumsy and wasted the ball every time he had it at his feet. Except for when he scored.

 

I used to like the look of Prosser but it became clear he was never going to cut it as a central defender because he gets bossed too easily by centre forwards. He doesn't look like much of a left back though either sadly.

 

i dunno at the start of the game when Rob Taylor was on the right wing I thought he handled Taylor well

Most people see it like I do. He scored a last minute equaliser and celebrated I don't think many Vale fans would have been offended. He did not leave us bad mouthing Vale, good luck to him in his career
