Not a wise move... I know of fans that once they have had a few beers in the town stay in the town rather than queuing twice... Many leave it until the last moment to leave the pub.

 

I know most clubs are trying to become all ticket but the convenience of rushing up to the ground, twenty quid note in hand, no change needed would reduce the queues and is enough to sway some into attending.

 

Other than that Mike Lloyd ticketing systems are normally top notch!

Agreed i leave the pub at 2.55. This is my first season in many years with no ST. At least there are cash turnstiles on the railway though.

The railway stand last season was cash turnstile even though the stewards on one gate said it was all tickets!

The ticket decision was a bizarre one, I believe it was introduced because of some fraudulent activities amongst some turnstile operators, of which mainly happened in the Paddock, so a ticket only policy was introduced apart from the paddock!! Well, this is PVFC!!

More like a previous director was the owner or director of the company that ran the ticketing system and had it brought in to make the ticketing company money, the plan being it would be brought in all around the ground in stages, these stages having been halted since theyve been gone

Doesn't it have something to do with away supporters as well. I recall a while back someone staying away Supporters can be charged a higher price providing there was a home area the same price with the same facilities. Unless its changed now.
