Despite the fact that he had no prior experience for the job he was doing. And that all the original V2001 directors had agreed that none of them would benefit financially from their association with the club?

The club lost money through his era and it was like keeping the ship afloat by literally bailing out the water. 

More abuse followed, but he did keep the club afloat and presided over one of our best managers joining the club

Has Adams stayed in that season he left for Sheffield, then Bill would never have had the stick that followed  that season as Vale would have been in pole position. 

That season would have ended in promotion had Adams stayed, supported by Bill.

Bill never owned the club. He directed it as part of a part supporter shareholder consortium. 

Yes he was chair and there were continual meetings where supporters voted out whom they didn't want. 

That openness has gone now. The democracy isn't there and we will do as we are told. 

Anyway back on topic. I am in agreement with Alan Vit that Loft is going nowhere and we need to get used he is the weopon that will be used to get out of League two!
