Whilst it's good to have plans and aspirations for the future, in the real world, there is only now.

I keep hearing that we are sticking to the plan, which would be great if it was working.

It isn't.

Managers, owners, players, every living person, has to adapt to what's happening now.

This needs to happen now, sticking with 'the plan', playing the same old game is taking us backwards at an alarming rate.

So, let me get this right.

You have made a new thread to discuss the 'Medium to Long Term' and in the opening post you say that the Medium to Long term doesn't matter, and then continue talking about things that are being discussed elsewhere in at least 4 different threads

What is the point in this thread then?
