Well if you're the Leeds manager unless they're already in a final when you take over you'll never win anything because you'll only be there a few weeks!

 

I wholeheartedly agree with the policy of long term management but sometimes it takes a few appointments to get it right, if we'd stuck with Michael Brown I don't think he'd ever have brought success. If you have a good manager it's different and sticking with them pays off, illustrated by Billy keeping Rudgey when we went down. When he finally dumped the great man it was the beginning of the end.
