Man of the Match yesterday

Hands down it was the game youth (Gills fan) who tried to get some verbal exchanges going with the Vale fans who were doing another sponsored silence.

It says it all about our current support (away especially) that his ejection was cheered by the Vale contingent.

He didn't seem in any way threatening and I don't think he even swore....but he was carted off by the stewards.

Is this what people want? Watching in silence and shout down anyone who tries to get an atmosphere going?

I'm pro-singing and chanting and feel it's a deathly dull spectacle without it.

What do other fans think?

I booed. I was wondering if this was going to get a mention.

There's not a lot to sing and chant about at the moment.

Had a beer with the lad in the Southern Belle by the station after the game. Decent bloke, Palace fan. Wasn't sure why he was kicked out to be honest.
