Dave, does Mr Oliver accept that he visited the elderly shareholder late at night? Does he accept that he did indeed endeavour to persuade him to change his proxy vote? Does he accept that the gentleman was offered advice from a solicitor to say that he had changed his proxy under duress?

 

I am happy for Dave to withdraw his accusation of bullying as a means of describing these events. I am not happy for people to reach the conclusion that these events never happened as a result of that apology.

Already proven yourself to be a greater human being than most. It is the indication of a true human when they can stand up, admit they were wrong and then move on. More should learn from your example
