Bill Bratt on Holiday, Again!

That is following the investigation on PVO.

I spoke to Bratt and I spoke to Kevin. I think it's fair to say Kevin hyped a few things up to be more than they were deal wise. However, it has transpired that Bratt told outright 100% fabricated lies. It was that investigation and subsequent dealings with Bratt and Oliver that turned me against the board.

 

Do not be fooled, neither of them are nice "want what's best for Vale" characters. Oliver is a calculating, devious and nasty individual with a very colourful past. Bratt only supports whatever Bratt can gain from. He is a pathological liar and will do it to your face without missing a single beat.

 

Trust and deal with these two at your peril.

 

I do not trust Bratt r Oliver at all. Nor do I trust people who alter emails which they then preset to their fellow fans as proof of their argument. I followed the investigation closely on PVO and believed that to be the outcome, that Kevin falsified emails chains. Apologies to all concerned if that was incorrect but if true I can't see how he has any credibility. Just my opinion. No doubt admin will delete my comment again!

George, that did seem to be the case, but there were foundations to them.

Kevin embellished things a bit to strengthen his own position, however during the meetings I had with Bill, he actually made stuff up from scratch that had no foundation. He has since gone on to publicly prove this himself in interviews etc...

Kevin lost his credibility in that affair, and still struggles with that now. Bill however managed to ride on for a while longer, although things are starting to catch up with him now and his lies will eventually cost him every shred of dignity. In fact, they could well end up costing him is MBE and earn him some alone time!

Personally I will echo what Tony has said, Kevin made a mistake in his eagerness to try and get a deal through that would have benefitted the club. He holds his hands up to that and with hindsight would no doubt do things differently. Kevin has been shatt upon and blackmarked by Bratt, Oliver and Mudie because he is a threat to them, just like they try to with anyone that threatens them and their positions. Kevin will have the last laugh I believe.

No idea Jean, but I'm not the one making the allegations. Someone on this tread said Bratt was at VP today so either he is lying or X-Valiant is.

The OP didn't say Bratt was on holiday, he said he'd been told Bratt was on holiday. He may have been misinformed. The one thing the club is outstanding at is putting out misinformation. I have been told this on good authority. ;)

When forming a view point based on a piece of evidence I was always taught you should analyse the source first to see whether their opinion is worth considering. I can't trust this source.

I take it you don't believe a word the chairman says then. And you must have serious doubts about Perry Goebbels as well??

Indeed. Don't trust either of them. (although I can't think of an example of where Deakin has lied)

I noticed my post about the timing of any holiday could be maybe linked to MS decision on becoming a director coming out has been removed as well. Thought that was a valid point?

But found out on what? Probably 95% plus of what KF claimed was true, he let himself down badly on one thing, we all make mistakes. How do you think the details of Gary Ellis, Earl Barret, Sdlman Group, Texans etc. Became public knowledge? Add go that many other things the board didn't want us to know but KF released via different people. KF has the best interests of the club at heart and I would take ten KFs over any of the board.

No it hasn't.

What he did wasn't a mistake, it was calculated deception. If there was hard evidence to prove the board had done exactly the same you would, quite rightly, claimed they had lost all credibility. I'm mearly applying the same standards to Kevin.

 

I do not doubt that some of the stuff he has said was true but I also have no doubt he stood to gain financially if some of the deals came off, so it was in his interests to get it in the public domain.

said it before and will say it again ,kf has got port vale at heart ive known him for over 20 years we went holland to see the vale play,away days to the likes of cambridge in the autoglass etc.anything kevin has done in the past will have been to try to better pvfc ,on the other hand anything bratt and co will have done will be to better bratt and co and nobody else.
