To lift the doom and gloom of the past few days, I just thought I'd let you all know that we smashed the Blades fans team 7-2 on Saturday morning!

 

Pitch had a huge slope and we were playing uphill in the 1st half. As you can imagine, it was quite boggy after a bit of rain. We fell behind to a sloppy (albeit very well taken) goal but still managed to head in at half time, 3-1 up.

 

Ran riot in the 2nd half and and put them to bed.

 

After an indifferent start to the season, that's 2 wins on the bounce and back to scoring ways. Hopefully we can climb up the table now and get back into the top 10 after a couple of seasons outside of it.

 

If anyone is interested, we are training at Brownhills High School, on the new outdoor pitches, every Tuesday night at 8pm. Apart from when Vale are playing. None this week (22nd October)

Everybody is welcome to attend. It will be good to get some new faces on board.

I'm sorry, but I have to start my reply with laughung at how G Y P O's name has been censored out in TLV's quoted reply!!! :laugh: What the hell is going on?!

 

Anyway "G", I've only trained there once with them because of work and it was only the 2nd time there. Pitches are good mate and rest of the place looks very good quality. Certainly drop by. As I say, check the twitter feed for most info.

 

REP; couple of new players. We're gelling well!
