Incident.

I fully accept that during a game you should be watching the ball and should one come your way you take evasive action. It's different before kickoff however, in my opinion. People are walking to their seats, talking to mates, having a drink or reading the programme. They do not expect to be knocked unconscious or have spectacles smashed during this time.

 

There will be those who say we all enter a football stadium at our own risk. Some say we are owed a duty of care. Either way, the 3-4 mins shooting practice can't possibly serve any useful purpose and could be withdrawn without any detriment to our player's ability to score or Neal's ability to catch a ball.

Me and me brother were sat in the first row of Crewe's tin pot away stand right next to the left hand post. There is no distance between the goal and the stand. Was ****ting myself the entire game. Managed to escape without injury.

 

Oh and watching Lee Mills warm up at Ipswich 1996 was very entertaining.

 

This could be my best ever post on OVF... I'm even boring myself :)
