I will be buying no matter what and i still think many others will but as Packmoor says i think Carol wants to give it a go under Moore regardless of what division we are in

We all get confused by the defensive changes in games and think we know better but 4 clean sheets in 5 says he knows what he is doing,if only we had that all important goal scorer(poacher),we would be nowhere near it now imo

So it looks like it's the last we have seen of Wilson in a Vale shirt now,so it's back to the old striker hunt,we will have Loft and Dipepa(unless a big bid comes in) so dependant on how he wants to play next season we are going to need 3 more strikers in that's for sure

Thinking outside the box could mean a player like Conn-Clarke from Altrincham to replace Chislett if we get relegated and he leaves I know some will moan as he is from Altrincham and tbf I have only seen him on tv but i have a mate who has had to watch him a lot over the last couple of months,he is still only 22 i think and he has been one of the star players in the national league this season

Despite so many being under contract I can see a lot of players being moved on during the summer

Looks like they are now getting themselves out of trouble for now,it could be between us,Cheltenham and Burton(maybe Reading if they can be dragged back into it or get more deductions) for those last 2 relegation spots

I do think Dipepa will learn a lot from this game though,he has been battered about by some big defenders... Uche really needs to help him out as the battering ram

The rumour was that it was Michael Smith although some seem to think it was a member of staff who was photographed who looks a lot like him,there was also a rumour about Gregory but who knows what truth there was in any of it. If the club dont think he will sign then maybe we are putting him on the bench and bringing him on to boost possible compensation for him?

I think as long as we keep fighting as we have done for the last 2 games even if we do go down at least it should give all concerned and fans a bit of confidence going into next season

I guess we are still looking to tie Walters and Shorrock down to deals? Although they aren't doing well in their league i see Bhua and Brazier scored 2 goals each for the u18's on Saturday so they could be the next 2 we are looking to tie down

I was one jumping on the Hudlin thing in January BUT as you say after seeing him come on in that game I would certainly give him a miss,I have no doubt DM will have targets lined up he believes he can get dependent on what League we are in

Only guessing here of course but I agree that a Garrity fee would/should be around the 750k mark and like you Dipepa when he does go(which he will) will be 1m+ with future add ons maybe more,i also think we have sell ons with the 2 young lads who went Newcastle and Villa as well as the lad at Man City,so the club COULD be in line for some decent money over the coming years,Carol also stated that all of the board had agreed that any transfer money the majority would/should go back into the team

Not sure about the summer tbh unless a ridiculous bid comes in for him that you cant refuse,the ball is firmly in our court with him having just over 2 years left on his deal(not sure if his contract included the option of a 3rd year as well),now if he starts next season and starts it well then who knows. The one i fear could get sold in the summer would be Garrity,clubs cry out for a goal scoring midfielder and for me he has got everything you need from a midfielder

Most of their play goes through Hoskins a tidy little player who i have always liked,keep him quiet then we have every chance imo but i would certainly take a point right now,anything more will be a major bonus

100% agree I also think Plant has been outstanding on both sides in the wing back position BUT he is another who i would love to see flourish in his favoured attacking position and that might come next season if DM brings in proper full backs or wing backs We certainly have some good young talent at the club right now and I will say a player who i have slated on here for not signing his deal and not being as good as his agent thinks in Walters actually did well when he came on(he must be either close to signing or we want him to get more minutes to increase compensation for if he does go)
