All I know is made 6 changes and a full debut for a guy they signed from Halifax ( he scored as sub the other night ).

Lopata Gore and Mighten won't be seen again will they. 3 atrocious loanees.

Chizzy has to play based on goals and assists. Yes he's been out of form but we aren't in a position to leave him out.

Ripley is our best keeper for a while ( low bar ). For me he's too emotional. The amount of times he argues with Smith is puddled. He's not Championship level or someone would have taken him from Morecambe.

So he could of played in Division one ( Premier league as we now know it ). Can't agree there.

Players stick around at Vale who can play at a higher level ? Have I read that correctly Warren. Care to name one ?

I know it's not a great example. Luton were expected to be the laughing stock of the Premier league. They've taken the lead at Anfield, lost 4-3 to Arsenal. Led against Man City. Etc etc. Really given it a go and given their fans some joy. I just don't like this passive approach when we play the so called bigger fish. Majority of those games v the top teams we seem to be beaten as soon as we set foot on the pitch. Ipswich at home and away was a great effort last season. Derby away the gods shone. Everything aligned. Red card. Pens. Other than those our performances against the top teams are pathetic.
