Port Vale set to sign new striker
Port Vale manager John Askey has told the media that the club are set to sign a new striker this week.
The Valiants have Mark Cullen and Tom Pope under contract but are looking for two more players to replace the departed Richie Bennett and Jordan Archer.
The Valiants were recently linked with former Salford City striker Devante Rodney although it is unclear if he is Askey’s target.
