Whilst acknowledging WTBs contribution to Port Vale F.C. and Vale Park there was another whose contributions for us all were of equal, if not more importance to our 'Club - namely Alderman W.A. Holdcroft.

 

Still, renaming one of the stands in WTBs honour may be a consideration :)

Without wishing to take anything away from Mr Bell's achievements at Vale, I would like to see some form of tribute to John Rudge. For me he was the brains behind this golden period for Vale.
