    If correct, Darren and his recruitment colleagues deserve massive plaudits, not only for greatly out-performing our relative wage bill, but also by posting a big nett profit overall on dealings in the transfer market.

    It also has to be said that Accrington Stanley do wonders each year, staying up (as they look likely to do again) despite far and away the smallest wage bill.

    Someone wants to tell Derek Adams Morecambe have got a bigger wage bill than us considering he was going on us being in a different Stratosphere after our game against them.
