I don't do FB, probably a good thing. Seems to me that people who spend any time on it end up having 'Jeremy Kyle' type fallouts. Not commenting on who's right or wrong - just think it's all a bit daft.

The main issue, IMHO, with the IPP withdrawal is: if they are the Global behemoth that was claimed a couple of weeks ago, why would a few hits on their website worry them? If Jared Ayres is a JW, I'm sure he's been subject to a lot worse than that. Seems to me like they pulled out because they either don't have enough money or their interest was greatly overstated.===

P.S.

Glad the old smilies are back.

At the end of the day, it is the job of the Administrators to select the right person with the right bid. How anyone can make their minds up without prior knowledge of what the bids entail is beyond me. Yes, Mo put forward some brilliant ideas last year when he was the ONLY person who wanted to buy the club and I would have welcomed him with open arms. But now we are in administration it is a whole different ball game. There are more bidders in the frame and it is up to the Administrators to sit down, do their own due dillegence and come up with the best deal for the future of Port Vale Football Club. It is nothing whatsoever to do with us, the supporter and ALL supporters should put their faith in the people who are there doing a job and once a new owner is in place give them their full support. To put in jeopardy the future of the club with all this childish behaviour is, in my opinion, completely out of order. What gives anyone the right to contact any bidder unless you are an Administrator??? Get real, we got rid of the scumbags who dragged the club down, this sort of behaviour could result in NO-ONE coming in and the end result will be NO Port Vale Football Club. So I suggest, just damn well keep out of it !!!!!

I think if I was Mo I'd be worried that the disgraceful comments from the likes of John from Kidsgrove are having a negative effect on his own bid.

It's like 2001 again where a certain ex director was running down other bidders. Now in 2012 we have people supporting one party doing the same again.

Good post but I am a little concerned about putting all our faith in the same Administrator who selected V2001 last time round?

But who would take him seriously? Have you met him?
