I have just read the ins and outs of a CVA and the possible repercussions for pvfc. 75% of creditors with unsecured loans need to vote for it. We are in debt to the tune of £4 million.

1. 2.4 million to council, secured or not?

2. gibraltar loan is this secured.

3.140k to hmrc unsecured.

4.bank loan if any, possibly secured.

5.player and staff wages, unsecured.

6.season ticket holders, unsecured.

Administrators said that hmrc didnt have the 25% they need to force liquidation, who do we owe the rest to or is the council loan not secured. Sorry if this has been brought up before i might have missed it.

Ive got a sneaky feeling that gib loan was used to pay off bank loans,thats why no directors guarantees,something the scumbags would do.

 

You are not allowed to "prefer" one creditor over another if the company is known to be insolvent. The transactions could be unwound.
