I would think but don't know for sure.That they could call in the debt,if the club say errr mmmm can you errr just hand on a month as we have problem.Then the council could then go direct to the directors PGs to try get the money that way.No doubt someone who understands these type of things better than me will explain what can,can't be done.

 

I understand the personal guarantees cover the overdraft only at coop bank which is circa 200k. Apologies beforehand if someone knows different.
