mike lloyd will happily buy any shares back won't he ? hasn't he agreed to do this with bill?

 

I was there outside the Lorne Street when he said it to the crowd. He recognised that some fans may not be happy with their share ownership and/or that in these harsh economic times, some people may wish to obtain the funds, he was therefore willing to:

 

1. Enable or facilitate the transfer of shares via the club from one shareholder to another via a private sale at a privately agreed price

2. To potentially purchase the shares himself

 

His preference at the time seemed to be towards the former (point 1) rather than the latter, especially after just shelling out a fortune in buying Broxap shares and shares from Bill Bratt!

Were not the shares sold on a one share one vote basis as per original articles and therefore sold under a false pretence....and hasn't a legal precedent been set as a shareholder has already been refunded and soon another shareholder will be refunded.

Can people stop the attempt to pedal the myth that it is a new Board when Lloyd,Oliver,Bratt and Meigh via Adams are still in the Boardroom and all have a vote of no confidence...indeed even Deakin was part of the pre-EGM set up.

Even when Bratt gets the refund Lloyd,Oliver,Meigh,Jackson and soon Deakin will all hold a considerable shareholding and power... and it will be interesting to see just how hands off Hank's Blueskyturf representative is....

Finally is Lloyd tring to buy shares on the cheap....
