Very dull story. I bought them. Offered to donate them anonymously to the club in return for a few disadvantaged kids getting a free trip to VP. Glenn was very enthusiastic, e-mailed Deakin and Bedding and Lloyd to get things moving. Nothing happened. Target date was todays game. Bedding has received six e-mails and not replied to a single one. Check out the "who's chris bedding " thread on here a few days ago that did not get any reply. Now, anyone who thinks I am **** stirring can pm me and get a full transcript of the conversation. I was just trying to do something positive. The club could have just told me to fck off, fine. But in eight weeks I have simply not got any anwser at all. This is, I hope, my lowest point as a Port Vale supporter. If the supporter's club could use these items for the Sproson fund in some way please contact me.

That's your opinion. Except it's completely wrong. The implication that I am a drug user (which I am not) is completely slanderous and could affect my career. Could you please give me your real name so we could deal with this in court? If you don't, I'll employ council to find it out. And I'm not joking. And it was just a charitable donation. No joke.But I'm not letting your slander my character.

I disagree, the response is not good enough, I saw those boots in action. Best to take it up with the Supporters Club now, as access to the board has improved.

 

That's what I now plan to do. It's really amazing how much stick you have to take to make to make a charitable donation.

Yeah, ZZZ trying to do something good for a some disadvantage kids. At my own expense and anonymously.So I'm a sad miserable git. What's your problem?

Chris, I admire your stance on the boots. I just think OVF is the wrong forum to progress your issue. If the club does not eventually take them off your hands, I may have requirement for at least one, particularly if Felstead is telling fibs.

I agree completely. I have done it all very discretely and don't wan't it on here at all. But if the club just keep ignoring you, what are you supposed to do? Boots/scrapbook donation for a good cause, that is all I want. If you could help it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
