SA v ENGLAND

I don't know if anyone heard this but I thought this was an amazingly moving interview.

It's Aggers talking to the Bairstow family after Jonny's maiden ton. I think it really shows how the cricket fraternity care about them (Sir Geoffrey is certainly a mentor to them and comes out of the whole thing very well) and how much it meant to them. Above all, it shows the human side of cricket. I believe that afterwards, Agnew said it was the "most emotional" interview he has ever done.

It's here - http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p03dhzjd

His celebration on making his ton said it all, I can only imagine how he felt when on 95 he had to go into tea then come out and start again.

I enjoyed the Podcast and always enjoy documentaries/features about the human side of sport. There was an excellent documentary on Wayne Rooney shown here which was superb and there's often programs giving an insight on the lives and training of boxers in the run up to major fights.

Squeaky bum time for England on the last day but they held out, amazing how test match cricket can turn.
