The Potteries Marathon is back on July 5th 2015 and I have decided that this will be my first marathon challenge and at 52 (when I run) this will be no mean task.

 

It’s no point in me running for nothing so I am hoping to raise money for a worthy cause – ‘Help for Heroes’ I am sure you will agree an excellent charity that supports our injured soldiers. I am hoping my fellow Vale fans can support me.

 

I have set up a Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/PYHforHFH) whereby I am asking you to ‘Post your Hero’ to ‘Help for Heroes’. The idea is that you post a picture of your hero and tell the world why and for this you make a small donation (minimum £1). The idea is that you then share and hopefully this Facebook Page will go viral and make loads of money for the charity.

 

So –

 

‘Post Your Hero to Help for Heroes'

I am asking for everyone to post a picture of their hero, it can be anybody you like, war veteran, father, son, grandfather, mother daughter, celebrity and the list goes on. Tell us why this person is your hero and it will be there forever. In return you make a small donation, minimum £1 to Help for Heroes either by text to POTS51£1 to 70070 or via my Just Giving Page https://www.justgiving.com/Michael-Beasley3/
