Although there are some other factors which may possibly push him to come to a reasonable deal in the more immediate future.

 

So, in essence, it depends how quickly BB comes to realism, and how compelled he is to do so.

And some of the things said about him in public arenas by current board members went way beyond anything said about this lot on here or elsewhere...

 

And to those who run down the memory of Bell totally...he did provide major investment to Horton twice during the late 90s/early 2000s to seek survival in the 2nd Division and promotion from the 3rd Division (1998/9 and 2002/3)...it wasn't all about him living off the Rudgie/pre-Bosman era (although much of it was).

 

Of course, Horton did little with either, but that's another story.
