For me I'd love us not to concede tonight. I'd be happy with a Nil-Nil draw. "IF" that lead to Vale significantly reducing the amount of goals they concede in EVERY game, then it will go far to us staying up. If we get a win I'd be delighted. I've been saying this for weeks; good point on the A&V pod earlier today - Gas fan saying the best he played for them was in the channels turning defenders and cutting in. Us hitting it long for him to nod-on (which he's winning a huge amount of duals on) is not the right thing to do. Thats like paying for a good quality spanner to smack a nail in to a lump of wood. Agreed. The immediate problem comes in that, no matter what Carol does - we can bring in Alex Ferguson as manager and recruit Messi, Mendy, van Dyke and de Bruyne and it would still not be good enough for most people on here. Whatever she does, whatever money she spends, it will never ever be enough and I fear some sections of the crowd are already turning her into a figure of hate.

Agreed. Seems a desperate attempt by someone to stir something up to produce anything to beat the club over the head again. That's the last thing that we need now; we need some cool heads to come up with a plan of how we're going to get out of this situation AND for that plan to be communicated to us, the fans. We all then need to get behind the plan and survive the season. Once the season is over - then we can start to do an autopsy and look at culprits.
