I'd hazard a guess that Constantine is steering Walters away from the club, though that is just a guess. Here at Vale we have had the odd caretaker manager who hasn't actually taken charge of a match, but that's only ever been when they've stood in for some days mid-season and a new manager has been appointed quickly.
