Rather it went on the team. Buy better players as we have upped the wage matrix. CEO (Matt Hancock) should be able to cover that role. Then revisit the DoF when we are back in Div 1 or Championship.
Oh yes you will be still saying we need DoF when we are out of the league due to no player budget big enough to get the players we actually need as the wage matrix is too low and they wont come to the club.

Nothing, like many of us, the hope has been killed off this season, why waste money and time on this bunch. Being 2 up and looking like we are going to get that 3 points, the bottlers threw it away and killed all hope of staying in Div 1.

Wasn't that what the recruitment team were doing. Oh it was and failed big style.
Depends what the budget is for Div 2. DM should be the one to say, we play this way, so need these type players and the head scout can then go out and find players that fit that requirement. Not the DoF saying you will play this way and these are the players you have to work with.
Interesting times again at Vale Park seeing what squad will be put together when we are in Div 2. Never smooth running at Vale Park and being a Vale Fan.

When we got promoted fans were beginning to see fraudcroft for what he was and started to voice concerns. Shocking recruitment was 2.5 years when you look back at it, not just this season. Yes there were some good players brought in, but mainly players not good enough to play the way he wanted, players with poor injury records and a recruitment team that should have looked into this. How many loan players have come to Vale and not actually played for us properly. Gone back to their clubs - waste of money and time.
If mummy is going down that route again, hopefully this is already been looked into and names being talked about. Oh no this will happen a month before start of the new season in Div 2.

Not sure that applies in League 2. It's brutal. Shorrock, Walters, Lomax would be like lost sheep. Dipepa obviously the pick of the bunch but again coming up against some hairy brute with 300 games under their belt from Crawley or Salford will be very difficult for him.
Dipepa will be gone very soon, just hope a good deal is put together for him, so better players can be brought in. The young players that have been thrown into the first team have tried to do their best when used and most shown they are better/more willing than the experienced first team players fraudcroft brought in. Just hope they have not been adversely affected by this.
As you say, Div 2 is brutal and opposition players will love to boot them all over the field and say welcome to Div 2.

DoF - this has been tried and didn't work and wasted millions. He came for a managers job and walked out as DoF and then dragged the club down to where we are now going in to Div 2. There is no way back after saturdays phenomenal performance by our Championship Ready team. Do you think fans will want this again. What is to stop mummy getting conned again by another fraudster pulling the wool over the owners again with fancy powerpoint presentations and business jargon.
We have you, so why not you do that role, you just need to reactivate fraudcrofts presentations and plans he used to con everyone for 2 years.

With what do you mean to buy new players with that will make this side a sold div 1 club in div 2. Without investment this will never be achievable and we will just bob around the bottom of Div 2 again like previously.
Looking at the accounts we have employed more people than ever before, owe more and so just doesn't make sense how the club can fund better players to get us out of Div 2 on the first go. The first team needs to be overhauled and better strikers, midfield and defenders brought in to do that - sorry can't see that happening. Oh no - I forgot we have the youngsters coming through will be forced into the first team instead of going out and getting the proper experience they need to develop into Div 1 standard players.

No doubt the strategy will be employ another 50 analyst people on top of those already working at Vale Park, to look at what went wrong in the 2 years of fraudcroft. This will be taken off the playing budget and so we can only employ broken players either too young or too old and looking for their last pay check.

When we are down, the toilets are going to be 3 buckets at the back of the stand. Last one still in the stand gets to swill them out. No money left in the piss pot as Vale have recruited another 300 staff behind the scenes to process what went wrong over the past 2 years.

She employed fraudcroft and allowed things to go on too long. A manager who should have been put out of his misery a couple of months earlier - no let to go on and then after the jan window shuts - sack him.
Was this all to save money? Well if that is the case, it will cost you more now we are going down and next season no doubt out of the league.
So who's fault is it? Carol is the owner, yes she bought the club and things looked good for a while, but she has taken her eyes off the playing side of the club and concentrated more on getting awards and believing the rubbish she has been fed.
Fans are very grateful for what you did and were behind you. We are behind you, but the bank is running out of credits and will soon be empty. Then they wont be behind you anymore.

The players wont give a damn. They are being paid so they are happy. Next season they have a contact, so there is no need to battle for contacts or show new clubs, this is me and I am brilliant.

Agree with you that DM can't do anything with these bottlers. Not even God could do anything with this lot. They need to look at the horror video and understand where it went wrong. However, some of his subs have been dubious over the past few games - but is that down to only have dross on the bench.
Sat back to far. Didn't track runners. Didn't tackle. Defence and midfield just let the opposition walk through them. DM can only tell them what he wants them to do - then the players cross the line and seem to forget everything.
Patrick, you need to speak to mum and say - Mum forget championship ready we are going out of the league with these players next season. Not a chance we can bounce back into Div 1 like you think we will. Not even mummy is rich enough to do that.
