Devante Rodney is a former Salford City striker who also had loan spells with Stockport County and AFC Halifax Town. He began his footballing career in the Manchester City youth system. Released by Salford City at the end of the 2019-20 season, he signed for Port Vale FC in the summer of 2020. He subsequently agreed a three year contract with the Valiants which will keep him at the club until 2023.
