The board and ex-board do not have enough cash between them to save P.V.F.C. and in no way can they be of any benefit at all.

 

They can only benefit themselves with the comparatively small perks that they receive and the prestige of being a director of a football club.

 

So why are the present directors still in power and some of the other ex-directors lurking and possibly seeking re-election?

 

No would be investors or anyone else are not allowed to see the books. The A.G.M. and the annual accounts are very much delayed and the silence from the club is deafening.

 

It seems like something very sinister is being withheld from the people with lesser share's, the fans and the general public.

Could it be established that ALL of the takings from the gate monies are entered into the accounts book, or is it possible for some of it to be 'creamed off'?

Could this be a reason why PD is still about, they are trying to keep him quiet, he made some pretty damning comments blaming other people when it was reported he was standing down as CEO. Now he is quiet again....

If the FA were to send there financial monitors into V-park perhaps they could verify if the Club was being run by the rules - especially if it was done on a random check basis.
