I was hope that we could take a positive from Gannons reign in that his departure would give us the edge on our rivals - not so sure after Tuesday but hoping the training will give them a lift and settle them down again.

I watched the SPN reports and they lads looked upbeat in training and with a few smiles on their faces. Maybe things have returned to normality now the Goon has gone.

I love it at this time of the season. Especially if your team hasn't been firing on all cylinders. 9 games to go and you want a team who are unfit and off form to get 9 wins. Brilliant. Proper Hollywood stuff.
