Micky Adams shareholder vote

Apologies if this is posted somewhere and I have missed it, but nothing looked obvious.

 

For the EGM there was clear communication on how to vote to support the change mandate.

 

What is the advice / guidance on how to vote on the Micky decision? Yes - to allow us to get the playing side organised, or no to keep the pressure on?

Timing is everything, as is looking at the big picture.

 

MS, NLV, plus another potential fans rep = 3 pro-change board members (All will be onboard before the start of the new season providing nothing horrible is found in the due diligence)

 

MA has no intention of getting involved in the politics and tbh, I reckon his application will come to nowt as the ones above will get through within a few days of that, but happy to see him onboard in a non-executive manner, with a NEW board, as it shows his commitment to the Vale.

 

The remaining 3 from the old guard have now been publicly discredited, not just at Port Vale, not just locally, but also nationally.

 

The AGS people are now holding back on any board involvement for a good while until they have proven their good intentions to the fans (as per their press release) and the deal is definitely now being positioned more as a sponsorship deal.

I started to think that at the AGM

I thought it when Mo had the meeting

I thought it possible when the supporters had their meeting

I definitely thought it when RW gave them his vote
