Outstanding half. 4-0 is a fair score. Every player very good but as usual Arblaster and Ojo excellent. Deborah excellent, Devine super, Chislett even better. Wigan are very lucky it’s only 2-0. Battered them, one alarming moment right at the end but other than that we’ve hammered them.

Best performance of the season this

Get in. Been superb this. Deborah, Chislett, Massey and Ojo been fantastic so far

Completely dominant so far. Wigan look poor, we look up for this, just need to make it count
-
Nice move on then and Devine goes backwards and then a horrible shot, got to be much better than that
-
Started well, Massey looking dangerous

Or substituted so they would be fit for today? End of game management cost us the game? Always more than one opinion.
Why bother starting them at all against Stevenage then?

Recovered quick they have Crosby. Lying <ovf censored>.
Sang should be starting he’s been excellent recently. Smith I do rate but Crosby insists in playing him out of position so i don’t mind him being left out, although Balmer hasn’t looked good enough to me so far.

For me I wanted top half, but realistically progression from last season, some exciting football and a season not fighting to survive. Sadly it looks like all of the above aren’t going to happen.

I know i'm considered Happy Clapper in Chief by some - i'm still for Crosby for now; there's more gone on behind the scenes than we'll ever know and I think he's having to fight with one hand tied behind his back.
I still think that, in January, we'll add two or three more players and we'll see some faces leave.
As for the style of play - for me you can tell how exciting the play is when everyone gets up to watch a passage of play as we're pressing forward. Every time i've been to Vale Park this season there's been loads of times when that has happened and you have to stand up or miss the attack. I like how we dominate play and keep the ball more - we just need to a) tighten up in defence and b) find a way of scoring more goals.
I still believe we'll finish in the top half - 10-12th for me.
You can tell how exciting the style or play is by the recent home crowds and the amount of times we have failed to score. I think we go down if things stay as they are. Sadly point a and b are the whole point of football and we’re poor at both.

Just going to leave this here as a reminder for many to get a grip.
Worst side this calendar year. It’s amazing isn’t it. Get a grip

17th (lower mid table?) in Lg1, quarter finalists of a major cup competition and knocked out of the other major cup competition on penalties by the 3rd best team (based on league position), I’d imagine. They obviously don’t have our insight and the same feeling of inevitability/crystal ball of how our and all other teams’ in the division next 26/27 games will go.
Brilliant. We’re the worst side in league 1 this calendar year. I’d hope they look at that rather than us managing to beat Burton in the 1st round of the fa cup and losing to a side just promoted from league 2 and in our division on a much smaller budget at home.

God, our fans are crap. Makes me sick sometimes. Boos. Scapegoats. Fickle. Negative. Rubbish atmosphere and can't get a decent song out if we aren't 3-0 up.
I don't remember shouting for JR'S head when we struggled in the Championship. This current mob we let in would be.
Getting a season ticket among the drooling swamp donkeys who occupy the back of the Hamil might be the worst decision I've ever made. More Stone Island badges than brain cells. Loaded up on Coke and Kopperberg, using words like 'limbs' and smelling of Joop.
Got to keep going though. But God, I hate that lot.
Dreadful post

Expect us to win here with Ripley in nets. Although that’s pretty stupid of me giving who we’ve likely got taking penalties

More at Crewe than Vale tonight. I think that speaks for itself.
Apparently it’s only a few on here that want AC gone not the majority ….. attendance of tonight and Derby suggest otherwise
