Anyone else remember Asa Hartford, hole in heart, failed medical at Leeds, wonderful career thereafter. Let's hope Uche does the same for us. At least Divine Intervention will be a happy bunny now!

It'll be interesting to learn what's happened with Uche. If he's not going that'll leave us with one mightily disappointed striker on our hands. Not ideal, by any means.

Wilder clearly preparing for next season in the Championship, when Blaster could be a key player. He's out for another 4/6 weeks anyway, so we obviously had to move on now.

Arblaster has been recalled by Sheffield United. A blow, and another hole to fill.

Either way, it looks like it might be an interesting window for the Vale. We can but hope!

Not what I said nor what I was 8nferring. I was suggesting that given our modest budget, possibly half Plymouth's last year, and around a tenth of that of Ipswich, maybe we are doing quite well to be battling along in the lower reaches of L1? Also, when people start comparing us to other clubs, maybe they should also compare budgets before having a moan!
