Only ever picked one side I'm a newbie .

            Ripley

    Lopaco Ojo Jones

    Sang.              Plant

            Garrity Chislett Weir

Uche Loft (Wilson or Dipepa ).

    That's attacking go Vale .

I can guarantee thar Ojo can do a good job as a sweeper then it's everyone forwards shooting at will .

Seriously though no idea who Mr let's defend Moore will pick that Mighten seems a bit lightweight.

I'd like see Loft up front with Uche I believe Sang can put the quality in to Uche then if Uche heads down Loft could bang a few in .

I think moving forwards Chislett Dipepa and Uche need be the front 3 .

I'm.sure he will play Smith and Debrah Moore that's up to him he's the manager he sees fit who he wants play .

Surely Vale do a good job  today .

    Will they though

    There very untrustworthy

Have we ever actually put loft and uche on at the same time for more than 10 minutes? Honestly I don't know. Would be interesting to see what would happen to the opposition defence. I think them two up front would be a pain in the ars.

That's put a smile on me face .

I really like him he makes Vale a damn entertaining watch .

If he is selected all remaining home games with Dipepa and Chislett well I'll go .

He brings fun to Vale Park boredom

Very entertaining when he starts sending rockets at the opposition fans. Maybe he will aim at the net this time.

  3. Darren has one week to do something here. He has experienced coaches who can hopefully turn this <ovf censored> heap into something good.

Better see some effort on Saturday. The teams moral looked <ovf censored> yesterday. We didn't compete at any point with Derby. This season I've seen us really put a shift in against teams just as good. I've not seen such a bad effort since Middlesbrough. Derby didn't even have to try.

I predict the game on sat will be a win, loss or draw.

Big week for Moore, he now has his Owls coaching team around him, and will have some idea of how his players perform.  So a plan to beat Shrews is essential if the ship is to be turned around. Thinking of next season, is it easier to re-build in L2 or L1 ?

If we stay up we need to get rid of Flitcroft. I still think it's possible that flitcroft might not have been given the budget he has needed by Carol.

Exactly how I feel, the performances under Crosby were not as bad as these last few games.

Moore has had players coming back from Injury as well, but he just seems at a loss with the whole situation.

Last week our owner stated after the Lincoln Match that the Players are Phenomenal and We will be fine.
How can any Fan explain that, Please Tell Me !

At least under Michael Brown, we showed some Fight but this Current Lot don’t even seem to be bothered.

I totally agree with both of you. Under Crosby it looked like the players really tried. Under dm the team has looked better at times but yesterday was shocking. it looked like Sunday league football. Let's hope dm gets the players working in training this week.

  6. If we go down there needs to be a full explanation on what has been happening regarding recruitment. Some of the players on that pitch have been shocking.

Is it a lack of skill or has the confidence been knocked out of them after loss after loss? I imagine it's both.

If we want any chance of staying up we need to get behind the team. That's all we can do.

  7. The plan:

(Made simple for <ovf censored> heads)

Running a football club with limited financial resources requires careful planning, strategic decision-making, and a focus on long term sustainability. Here are some key principles that such a club should consider lads:

    1. Financial prudence:The club should prioritize financial stability above short-term success. This means avoiding excessive spending on player wages and transfer fees that could lead to financial strain. Implementing strict budgeting and financial controls is essential to ensure that the club operates within its means.

    2. Investing in youth development: Developing a strong youth academy can be a cost-effective way to nurture homegrown talent and provide a pipeline of players for the first team. By investing in youth development programs, the club can reduce reliance on expensive transfers and build a strong foundation for the future.

    3. Scouting and recruitment: Instead of competing for high priced signings in the transfer market, the club should focus on scouting and recruiting talented players with potential. This requires a robust scouting network and a thorough analysis of player performance and potential. Signing players on free transfers or loan deals can also be a cost effective strategy.

    4. Maximizing revenue streams: While the club may not have the financial resources of larger clubs, it can still explore opportunities to maximize revenue streams. This could include increasing ticket sales through affordable pricing, securing sponsorship deals with local businesses and leveraging digital and merchandising opportunities to engage fan and generate additional income.

    5. Community engagement: Building strong ties with the local community can provide valuable support and resources for the club. This could involve hosting community events, engaging with local schools and youth organizations, and partnering with local busineses to promote the club and its activities. A loyal and engaged fan base can provide crucial support, both financially and emotionally, during challenging times.

    6. Long term planning: The club should adopt a strategic approach to planning, with clear short-term and long-term objectives. This includes setting realistic targets for on field performance, financial sustainability, and infrastructure development. By establishing a clear vision and direction, the club can make informed decisions that support its overall goals.

Overall, running a football club with limited financial resources requires a combination of prudent financial management, strategic planning, and a focus on building strong relationships with fans and the local comunity. By prioritizing sustainability and investin in the development of homegrown talent, such a club can overcome financial challenges and thrive in the long term etc etc etc.

I imagine this is what df is going for.

Lets put it simple, he isnt there yet.

Do you rate Flitcroft. The players? Andy Crosby? Always the fans fault with you.

He's just replying to a stupid comment and you have nothing smarter to say than that. Actually both comment are stupid haha

PVFC Fan, if you persist with your little pointless comments you do realise everyone will just put you on the ignore list so if you don want to make a valid point nobody will see it.

You had more respect defending and making valid points following other games rather than just being a troll.

I've said sarcastic comments. Most people just replied with a ha ha understanding it's humour. 1 or 2 people chose to reply to an obviously light harted bit of sarcasm and took things seriously. So obviously I didn't take them seriously and replied sarcasticly to there comments. There comments that were negative for no good reason. Be more positive those people.

I never said anybody should boo players. But people need to be realistic. Rubbish players are rubbish players. We have too many of them and two people are to blame.

No your completely correct. I'm just saying they're more likely to do something if we get behind them. If we go down then yes, them two are to blame. If not, well I'll just see what happens.

I make a lot of points that make sence. Yes some do take the piss. Others are true. Like when I say we should support the club because as upset as you are flitcroft isn't going anywhere so be positive and support the club.

Sadly, cheering and fist pumping until the Cows come home isn't going to make Loft useful in front of goal suddenly. It's not going to stop us gifting daft and schoolboy goals to opposition every week. The damage has been done already by those at the top.

    Booing players won't help either
