The squad is worse now under Comedy Carol than it ever was under Smurfwaite.

Loft had one half decent game at Burton and fooled everyone. Definition of <ovf censored>
He didn't fool me. He's a bottom half League Two striker.

Can't believe they are giving Plant any training on defending because he is absolutely useless at it. Mind you they've done their homework playing 2 wingers. Can we declare at half time.
If he's a wingback I'm a descendant of Genghis Khan.

No idea where all the optimism comes from here. They'll end up winning this game comfortably 3-0 without getting out of third gear. They have players to bring off the bench that walk into our first 11.

And Lowe is absolute garbage, give me Debrah any day.
A League Two side didn't want him and yet we went and signed him. Make it make any sense.

We've done about as well as can be expected but it's really next to nothing. We look like a mid-table League Two side in comparison. No quality at all in any area of the pitch. Huge rebuild required in the summer.

Valiiant you are such a happy clapper 🤣🤣🤣😍😍😍
but I know what you mean 🤣🤣🤣
I just can't believe how much quality we lack in every area of the pitch. Can't knock the effort today, we at least looked solid and organised. But we're a League Two side with a sprinkling of League One level players. Major changes are needed this summer regardless of what league we are in.

Decent point. But if we manage to stay up by the skin of our teeth, 80% of our squad desperately needs to be replaced.

Looked like a kid playing a man's game today, and that's what he is obviously. He should be nothing more than an impact sub right now and it's shows the state of the squad when we're starting him both home and away. Well done, Carol.

I've been one of his biggest critics here, and while I believe a lot of what I said has been justified, I have to say that Loft suddenly looks like a new signing. He could and should have scored again today but his running and physical tools really help the players around him when we're not playing that daft passing for the sake of passing rubbish. Hopefully with the return of ikpeazu they can really push each other and help to bring out the best from the likes of Garrity, Chislett and Dipepa.

It looked like Dipepa handballed when he controlled it. I think the defenders knew it and sort of expected the whistle. Good finish nevertheless
Clearly hit his shoulder, which is absolutely fine.

Another good game from Smith. He should always be played in the center.
Trying to get him to play football as we've done this season has been absolutely criminal and totally baffling. If he sticks to the basics and doesn't what he's good at, which is kicking and heading it away, he's not a problem at all.

Great result and a solid performance against a side clearly going through the motions. But you can only beat what's in front of you and we dispatched them comfortably. Suddenly remembering how to defend properly and having a threat going forward clearly makes a huge difference for any side!
Dipepa could bring us in some serious cash.

6 months too late. Carol's blind faith in him and his BS has already damaged the club.

We won our last match without blaster. And had lomax and shorrock as fullbacks. Thomas never played and uche is terrible. Crosby also had Ojo, garitty, Clarke and jones all injured towards the end of his time as well. Im not saying Crosby was good, im saying Moore hasnt been any better, and for most of the games we look a lot worse.
I said I wouldn't blame him for us going down and I stand by that comment. But he's been absolutely garbage so far and the team don't even look like they are really giving everything for him. He has to be one of the dullest and most uninspiring people about. He makes John Askey look like Winston Churchill.

read the first line of both your posts again , and look at your answer , you seem to conveniently omit SOME words “ what the hell has ranting on a forum at times got to do with what GOES ON INSIDE a football stadium “ unbelievable, thought that was mainly the point of the forum.
CROSBY , who’s on about him ?
dear dear .
I genuinely have no idea what you are even rambling about at this point.

“ what the hell ranting on a forum has to do with what goes on in a football stadium “ Well I I truly cannot believe that you have made that statement.
“You are the first to give praise when it’s due ,and nobody ever has an issue with that” . Are you serious ?
“ what praise have the staff and players collectively deserved over the last few months” .They deserve no praise and I don’t know anyone whohas given them any .
1 - What can't you believe? What has a forum got to do with a football stadium?
2 - Yes, very serious. Despite me never wanting Crosby in the first place, I gave him plenty of credit at the beginning of the season. For just one example.
3 - Exactly. The squad has being embarrassing, with some players even worse than others.

I didn’t like what’s gone on many times before ,Ive marched with the black and gold and protested , and I don’t like what is going on now . BUT PLEASE tell me what are YOU PERSONALLY ,going to do about this predicament i look forward to hearing your ideas , probably make things better by shouting abuse from the the terrace , then turn up hypocritically for the next game ,or are you not going to be a Vale fan because we got relegated ? I’ve seen this many times before, I think 7 promotions and this could be my 8th relegation since I’ve been going to watch my team , I’ve seen some shyte down the vale some real shyte , you choose to slag off all and sundry here on a forum , I may think the same as you but I don’t do this , it achieves ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ,so does that make me a “happy clapper “ or a just a Vale fan …….till I die.
What the hell has ranting on a forum at times got to do with what goes on inside a football stadium? I've said multiple times that I don't boo or shout abuse at players inside a stadium, and neither do I condone it in regards to those that do. Whether you choose to believe that or not, that's not really my concern as it makes little difference either way. I'm the first to give praise here when it's due and nobody ever has an issue with that. But what praise have the staff and players collectively deserved over the last few months?

I'm not sure if you're exactly aware of this Valiiant, but this thread is indeed for the "Happy Clapper clique" - I'm fairly sure the thread title is a bit of a givaway.
Also, you don't need to name us, we know who we are thanks.
I think you will also find
there were over 5000 fans there today, some were Happy Clappers, some weren't but they all have been "accepting utter crap" for the majority of this season and last - are those that aren't Happy Clappers also to blame (in many ways) ?
I'm not talking about everyone on this thread. But there are a number of people who constantly refuse to accept any form of criticism that's directed at the owners, managers and even the players. Instead preferring to spout crap about getting behind the boys and trying to patronise anyone that dares not shower Carol and co with nothing but praise and admiration.

F###ing wet wipes!
You will get the club you deserve.
Said it here lots of times. This forum has a Happy Clapper clique, and I don't need to name them, and them constantly accepting utter crap and also patting Carol on the back along the way no matter what she does, they're as much to blame in many ways for this absolute <ovf censored> show.

I haven't agreed with much you have said over the last few months however I totally agree with you here.
I'm as fed up as the next person and I started raising my concerns last April with how let down I was feeling as a fan.
I will however never resort to name calling, personal abuse of anyone (including other fans) in order to show my passion for the club. I also don't think lining the players up and giving them a mouthful would help.
I think we have to support the players, will that ball into the goal (or at least towards it for the first time in a while) in the hope that we can perform the great escape.
At the end of the season lots of questions need to be asked and for me, the sooner DF is out of the club the better. I'm certain we can find someone else to do his job better, they could hardly do it any worse
Will the ball into the goal. Lmao!
This kind of delusion is what it's come to.
Shape up or ship out, Carol.

I was wrong. So very wrong.
Although his stubbornness to change formation and tactics annoyed the hell out of me. Crosby was the least of our problems.

It's 3 games. No manager bounce. However I do agree with the opening poster about his interviews, my friend is a Doncaster fan and said to me that DM isn't the sharpest knife in the block. I have to agree. I just can't imagine him interviewing well.
Crosby I thought often came across really well in interviews, even in adversity, albeit he often used the same cliches. But Moore stand there and do nothing but drool as long as I saw what he was at least trying to do on the pitch. Our fortunes haven't changed and they won't because the squad is THAT bad. But no interview after a game is going to sound too clever when you're losing every week.
