  1. Where have I ever said I boo players? With each passing day you are making yourself look a Richard. Keep going for everyone’s entertainment. To watch you melt down is quite good fun.
  2. Just playing devils advocate here and I get your personal opinion. But how do you explain a 48% win ratio at West Brom, a 45% win ratio at Doncaster and a 51% win ratio at Sheffield Wednesday including a promotion through the play offs having accumulated almost 100 points? You don’t just become a bad manager overnight. He’s walked into our club with a clutch of players who are crap. That’s the crux of the situation. Even Klopp wouldn’t get a tune out of this lot. And isn’t it true that you had massive injuries when he was with you? Obviously all opinions differ and I’ll reserve judgement until he at least gets a summer, unless Flitcroft has control of that summer, in which case he will become another one of Flitcrofts scapegoats.
  3. Fans have supported their team. All season. Home and away. Let’s stop rallying the fans crap eh? From now on in it will stop IF we fail to get three points on Saturday. We have a such a small squad supported by youth lads because of extortionate wages on extortionate crap. Its not rocket science.
  4. “Support the players.” Fans have done that all season. ”Will the ball into the goal” You are sounding stupid. That’s an impossible scenario. It’s just a virtue signaling saying. ”Perform the great escape” It really isn’t the great escape at all. Even if we had an half decent defence and a striker that could score we’d give ourselves half a chance! Pathetic rallying cries are long gone with this pathetic shower we are watching. Heres an idea. Maybe radical. But how about instead of concentrating on fans supporting the club and willing the ball in the net, which they have all season…… the actual bottle jobs on the pitch start repaying the fans and give US something to cling to and shout about. Proof is in the pudding with this shower of <ovf censored>. Theyve got Saturday to make amends or it will turn nasty.
  5. You see, you carry on debating with me and you carry on making yourself look stupid. You go and quote me on where I once said I expect or even want Darren Moore to be sacked. Then go and quote me on where I said I want Carol to sell up. You go and waste your night hunting those quotes. You won’t. Because I’ve never said that. I want one man fired and that’s David Flitcroft. And you sound quite angry there. Hit a nerve have I? Thought you were just constantly happy! Clap clap clap. Enjoy your night.
  6. I don’t set out to insult you. If you go to a restaurant and you pay 25 quid for a cold steak and burnt chips and the person serving it to you abused you, then I take it that you pay your bill and smile and go back next week? If you go to the pub and have a warm pint for 5 quid and a bag of crisps out of date, you’d thank them and go back the following night? If you went to work and those around you were on 2000 pounds a week and not putting any effort in, yet you were an up and coming lad, who puts a shift in and tries his best on 300 quid a week, you’d have no problem with that would you? If your Mrs went out for weeks on end and you knew she was having an affair. Would you not be angry? Would you not be whiny? Would you not be a miserable son of a wretch? As you put it? Probably just best to clap along and accept. You see Tony, you keep debating with me. You will end up getting personal because your debate does not stand up. There is NOTHING wrong with “happy clapping”. Why? Because it’s everybody’s choice. People have choices in life. But I merely stated in my first post to not moan when you’re freezing in the paddock, potentially pissing in a portaloo again, after going one down against Crawley in front of 2500. I would also suggest, only my opinion Tony, going off what you posted, is that if you’re just happy clapping for your health, then you aren’t truly invested in the club, have no fight, and therefore turn up, watch the football, clap good or bad and go home. Each to their own pal. I would rather be a man and stand up and be counted and fight for this club. Have a wonderful day.
  7. It's not his fault what he gets paid. It's flitcrofts. That’s what I’ve just said.
  8. It’s not. You’re correct. It’s a waste of a wage though. Like most. 100% is the MINIMUM any footballer should give. That’s a given. Talent wise he ain’t worth half of that. And that lies with the DOF who has sanctioned these signings and wages.
  9. Cheltenham, who have our promotion winning manager, who was sacked, and beat us twice this season, have a budget of 2.5 million. And they probably don’t have nice changing rooms and ice baths.
  10. Again, they aren’t big wages for this level. They are HUGE wages for the quality of player. Colby Bishop is on £5500 a week at Pompey. So when you consider that Uche and Loft combined are on over 7k, that’s frightening.
  11. I don’t think you’ll find a club who operate on anything less than around 2.5 million a year in this league. So it’s not so much the money being paid, it is like you say, the quality for your buck. Thats a glaring reason why Flitcroft should be sacked.
  12. You can’t believe everything you read on the internet but I also hear other sources close to the club. This isn’t me calling anyone out. The information is out there. Our annual wage budget is around 3.2 million. Which would be about right considering we were mainly around the 2 to 2.5 million mark in league 2. Now breaking that down individually. Again the information is out there. Per week. Uche. 4500. Ojo. 4300. Grant. 3400. Massey. 3200. Loft. 2700. Iacovitti. 2500. Garrity. 2500. Ripley. 2400. Jones. 2400. Chisnall. 2300. Wilson. 2100. Lowe. 2100. Debrah. 2100. Clarke. 1900. Smith. 1900. Leutweilwer. 810. Plant. 510. Then there’s the kids and loanees. So the next time you say “just get behind the lads” it’s time to take a step back and get some perspective when you’re going work and not earning those figures in a month. I wouldn’t pay most of that lot with washers but that’s where the money has gone. That’s what the DOF has bought. That’s where Carols and the clubs money goes. Yet she defends the indefensible. Unbelievable.
  13. Loft and Uche are on more than that. Massey would be. Probably Grant. A few are over 2k a week.
  14. How you applaud that week in week out, is beyond belief. Some of those players are picking up 8 thousand pound a month. So sadly, that is the definition of a “happy clapper”. Nobody claps angrily. And if you clap even though you’re not happy then you’re robotic and accept the utter crap you’re given week in week out. By clapping these robbing useless clowns on the pitch, and the club in general, you will never get the change we so desperately need. These performances are not acceptable.
  15. We’ve picked up three points on three occasions in the last 6 months. Let that sink in. What sane supporting fan actually thinks we can get out of this? And any fan who bangs on about supporting the lads. The 12th man. All that crap. They’re delusional. Derby will batter us.
  16. I did actually say we’ve recruited worse than him.
  17. To be fair he was garbage up here. The problem is how we’ve recruited worse.
  18. All opinions are good. All facts are damning. Its beyond a joke now where Flitcroft has left us. Carols next “open letter” should be a teary one as she realises the mess she has caused and the gaslighting she has had by this man. David. For the the love of the club. Clear your desk. You are not wanted by THOUSANDS of long time supporters.
  19. Love the optimism. Call you out on one point. Serious question….. You can see us getting 4/6 points from the next two games. We have only managed two points from our last 8 games and in our last two games we have lost both and the opposition goalkeeper hasn’t had a save to make. By all means have optimism but don’t let the obvious facts delude your delusion. Jones off injured means it will probably be Grant at left back on Saturday. One of the worst players I’ve seen up here who is robbing a living. Then we will all get to see Loft “run around” for a good 70 minutes at least, only to see him not trap a ball, pass a ball or score for another week. Rinse and repeat. The Reading commentators at times tonight said how we were keeping the ball. And it’s fans like you that get deluded in that aspect because we do absolutely nothing with it!!! Each to their own mate but we are an absolute shower of garbage. This sounds mad but I’d rather have a 38 year old Tom Pope for the last 15 games than that clown Loft. And Uche. I know it would never ever have happened but I’d take Popey now, playing for Witton Albion is he????…. On a two month contract of 1k a week with huge bonuses over Loft and Uche that we are forking 7k a week plus for. Said it before. Will continue to say it until Carol wakes the <ovf censored> up and that’s why I’ve come back on this site, but what a <ovf censored> disgraceful mess the DOF has left us with. Let alone the amount of Carols money he has spunked along the way.
  20. I never said or thought Moore could save us. I saw the recruitment in the summer, didn’t get carried away by nicking 5 wins early on and always maintained that to have a decent season we need striking options. When we still didn’t get that in January it didn’t surprise me and put the nail in the coffin. It’s totally unforgivable what Flitcroft has done. Totally and interlay unforgivable. Read my post the other day on the “average fan”. We couldn’t care less about anything other than a match day. And the squad has deteriorated ridiculously fast since that play off final. Another thing. Isn’t Moore now Carols 4th manager since taking over in 5 years? Askey. Clarke. Crosby. Moore. Those last three got around 13 years contracts between them? Look mate. If something doesn’t look right it invariably isn’t. This club is an absolute basket case right now and quite frankly I wouldn’t trust Carol Shanahan as far as I can throw her. For all the good she has done, something does not add up and the red flags are flying for me.
  21. My reaction was one of surprise at a 5 and a half year contract. But ultimately I was thinking it was too little too late for a proper manager to come in. The cynic in me would say they got him in to take the heat off Flitcroft. Because if we had appointed Mark Kennedy for example then there is no honeymoon period. Do I think he’s a good manager? Yes I do. Do I think he’s walked into a <ovf censored> show of a football club who haven’t the foggiest idea what to do in footballing terms? Yes I do. Do I think he will damage his reputation here under Flitcroft? Yea I do. Look at the hand Crosby was dealt. And I’m not saying he was anywhere near good enough. Do I think he will keep us up? It’s the wrong question to ask and an unfair one. Do I think David Flitcroft will take us down? Yes I do. The buck stops with him and the mess he’s made. In all of my years going from the 80s, to not go into a season and a half with at least two goalscoring strikers is absolutely criminal. I don’t like arguing with my fellow vale fans but Christ almighty, it’s there for all to see. Blind faith and getting behind the lads isn’t going to get us out of this mess! We are beyond saving. Bar an absolute miracle. That’s my head talking. You’re going with your heart and that’s a bad disappointment to have to deal with.
  22. Are you thick? Read what I’ve put. You can put Pep in charge of this shower and he wouldn’t keep us up. Wake up.
  23. I see Andy Jones hasn’t changed after all these years.
  24. I said it after Saturday that yes he’s looks arsed but probably be better going do the 1500 metres. Hes never anywhere near the football. He can’t make it stick. He can’t beat a man. He never has a shot on goal. And all for over 3k a week. We have two striker places in a matchday side at most. Why fill one with him? Because he runs? Good lord.
  25. A week ago, fans were living in blind hope he’d be able to get a tune. They still knew the problems. None of this lies at Darren Moores door. It lies at the door of the DOF.
