Most people are noticing there seems to be a lack of vision for the club.
Lack of Ambition lack of desire.
Tell me I'm wrong!
Where do you get the idea of most people?

I agree, but that’s what we will have to do. Loft is one man and even he can surely sit on a bench for a season if he remains that bad.
The big thing wasn’t how bad Loft was, it’s that he was so bad but still the best option for 90 minutes of league games far too often.
Agree, my comment was if Uche and Loft are our strikers then we will not make top half.we have to get at least one striker in who is better than them both and only use Loft if needed due to injury etc. we cannot rely on either of them if we want to be top 7.

Didn’t Rovers get promoted from league 2 with Loft in their team? I tend to think it is what we add to Loft which will make the difference..
They got promoted despite Loft being in the team. 1 goal in their promotion campaign (against Vale). 5 goals in 50 games for Rovers is not inspiring (except to Flitcroft)

I was going to say the same. In fact, I actually think if we truly do keep what we have it is easily a playoff team. The gap between league 1 and 2 looks bigger than ever.
If we keep Uche and Loft as our strikers next season we won’t finish in the top half.

How much money was then generated after the sale.
A negative against the running costs and further investment.

Have a look at the accounts and what she paid for the club. You will find it is a hell of a lot more than your friend, in fact, did he ever put any of his own money in to the club? -50K per year would be pretty accurate.

I don’t mind Crewe, don’t see them as a particular rival, all my hatred of local teams go to Stoke. I wouldn’t go to Crewe’s games and support them and happier Crawley beat them as rather be in the same division them than below them. The team and supporters I really dislike in Division 2 are Swindon, really looking forward to going their ground next season. Plus I don’t like MKD, the franchise stolen from Wimbledon.

See how much of the £180 million that Carol has just acquired come our way , my guess nothing at all
So your guessing Carol won’t put any money out of her own pocket to the Vale?

Isn't the main playing pitch due to have work on it for thee summers running to bring it up to scratch? Last year was the first part of a big project.
Trust the process.

The only player worse than GM last season was CG. Hope we can get shut of him too!
Massey was bad but I don’t think I’ve seen as bad a player as Loft for years and years.

Mckirdy was a one season wonder…..didn’t do it before and certainly hasn’t done it since. He’s more trouble than he’s worth, I’d stay clear.

I think Smith, Debrah and Iacovitti will be fine in league two as long as we play to their strengths and don't ask them to be something they aren't.
What? Footballers?
I think Smith is good enough for division 1 so no problem there. I think Yak will look a lot better in division 2, and more his level. Debrah, I’m not sure about, he was not at division 2 level when he joined us then he improved but last 10 games or so he was awful, not division 2 standard, hopefully he will gain more confidence when playing poorer teams and get back to a higher standard of play.

If we’d have stayed up I’d have liked Crewe to go up but because we have dropped down I’d rather they don’t. Better away trip, bigger home gate plus now we are definitely the worst of the 3 teams in the area.

How do you know 😭 are you on the board at Huddersfield? Surely when you go into a new season you can only reflect & try to improve on the previous season not 2 seasons before. Chatting diarrhoea again to suit your narrative 👍🏻
Certainly didn’t improve on the season before, did they?

There’s a reason those clubs with good ambitions & aiming for promotion appointed Moore. What on earth makes you think Huddersfield were going for a mid table finish? The season before when Warnock was in charge they stayed up by the skin of their teeth on game 45 they secured their league status
That was their ambition, 2 seasons before they were play off finalists.

Not really comparable at all. Crosbys win ratio heavily weighted by low number of games and a good proportion with a promotion squad. Then he has a cup run which if we are honest was both pointless and detrimental. Crosbys win ratio is pathetic. Can make stats look however you want but to rosey Crosbys win ratio when the reality is that he won 8 league games this season! Pissing 8!!! Anyone trying to gloss that is mentally challenged. I really wanted him to succeed the same as every vale manager but as with a few of his predecessors he succeeded in failure.
Moore hasn’t filled me full of confidence but has to be given the chance to revamp the squad how he can. Then judge him.
Agree, there needs to be many factors taken in to consideration. Can’t just go to Wikipedia and judge Moore better than Clarke and Adams just by win ratio.
Moore managed
West Brom…..majority of the time a club looking for promotion
Doncaster……a club looking for promotion
Wednesday….a club looking for promotion
Huddersfield….a club looking for mid table
Both Adams and Clarke managed clubs for a reasonable period who had just been promoted and looking to survive plus Adams managed Fulham in the premiership who at the times were playing to stay in the division.

Correct!✅✅✅ Haha!
Yeah, exactly that point. I just get a bit frustrated when we sign strikers and people just go on Wikipedia to judge them.
The Mason-Clarke stats before Peterborough just blow my mind. Sold him for £4m too.
It's a great point on supply lines. I actually think creative players are worth more than goalscorers. That's where I'd be putting a good chunk of the budget.
Loft has been slated to high heaven on here, but he gets 1 chance created for him every 2-3 games.
TBF Loft’s movement off the ball is as bad as any striker I have ever seen. Pretty certain in assuming had the same balls been put in to the box for Pope he would have returned us well in to double figures. But I do agree, our play down the flanks has been very poor this season.

But he had a better squad. Vale were on a roll in league 2. Near the top.
He has a better ratio if you only take in to account division 1.

You do remember Arblaster don't you? The "only advantage"??? The lads now captain in the Prem playing teams with 100m+ of talent in midfield off the park. Then when he was recalled Devine dropped further back and was head and shoulders above anything else we had on offer. When they'd both gone, Crosby had 2 games, got zero points. So that's how that's worked out, not rocket science.
Garrity was out injured after Carlisle away. We only played 3 games after that with Crosby in charge. Before that he wasn't being selected by Crosby at the start of the season, that wasn't down to injury. It was then clear to anyone with eyes he was back probably too soon. It took him a few weeks to get back to his best.
And despite the fact he's adored by us all, let's not be silly enough to compare Garrity with Arblaster, you'd just be embarrassing yourself if you went down that road.
Wanting Moore out despite only having that squad at his disposal is one of the worst takes I've seen. He'll be judged by me once he has his own squad recruited. Pep wouldn't have got much more out of this squad, they were that bad.
Said it before….i don’t want Moore out but unlike you, I will judge him from the day he arrived at the club.
