Goalkeeper Stuart Tomlinson has vowed to regain his form after what he admits is a “below par” first half of the season. Tomlinson told the Sentinel: “I’ve been a bit disappointed with my form because I’ve probably been a bit below par.
Tommy’s Comedy Club founder Mark Edwards has told OVF that the club is reluctantly quitting the Tommy Cheadle’s venue due to the “total lack of professionalism” at Vale Park. Thanks to Port Vale fan Leigh Briscoe, OVF has been handed these amazing images of Port Vale players during the 1920s including striker Billy Briscoe. These images were discovered by Leigh’s grandmother and mainly feature Billy Briscoe, who is related to Leigh.
