Due to the owner’s ridiculous blind loyalty to Darren Moore, 3 winnable home games have been wasted. Brady or whichever manager the club chose to replace Moore should have had everything in place, before these matches came along. Yet what did we get, important time which should have been spent bonding players into the new manager’s way of playing spent on getting players out of the club, then a mad scramble to sign almost anyone willing to come here. And even now we are scouring lists of unattached players in a blind panic a week after the transfer window has closed. The owners and people running this club should hold their heads in shame!! BECAUSE THE SUPPORTERS DESERVE BETTER.

Six players signed in the last week on short term deals, Magloire, Campbell, Sherif, Gray, Ward, Hernández. Most if not all have barely played for weeks or longer, have had injury and fitness issues, or are unattached veterans. Seems similar to the Smurthwaite era of mass signings without a defined plan. The squad has been in turmoil, turned upside down with exits, loans, dubious signings. Close to 40 first team players will have been used by season’s end. That in itself is a sure sign of the chaos and instability as a direct result of Darren Moore’s mistakes and failing to sack him earlier. Shambolic !
