Who was Lee Hughes?
After joining in the New Year, veteran forward Lee Hughes helped Port Vale to promotion in the 2012-13 season. It was Hughes who scored the goal at Wycombe that mathematically secured the club’s promotion. He left in 2014 to join Forest Green Rovers.
