Half Season Directors/vice presidents upgrade

I enquired about the possibility of upgrading to Vice Presidents from Lorne Street but nobody at the club has responded.

Lorne Street tickets were £356 and now valued at £175 (half season)

Vice Presidents were £645 and should now be valued at approx £320 (half season)

Surely an upgrade should be available for £145 (£320 - £175)

Also under 9s were £21 in Lorne Street and £170 in Vice Presidents - on the above calculations this should be available for approx £70 - £75

I emailed this idea to Chris Shaw and got nothing back and the half season tickets start on 1.1.2013 (I believe Chris was awaiting instruction from above)

Same old..... Same old I'm afraid

I'm hoping Paul and Norman can get the commercial side up to the professional standard required and beyond because at present fans like myself are waiting to spend but are not getting the opportunity.

I was getting responses regarding upgrading for the Chesterfield game at the same time pal.

I'm not blaming Chris but I do feel that a decent idea which would generate income for the club has fallen on deaf ears - £500 approx in revenue lost from 3 adults and a child + any other takers

Why would the club devalue these prestigious areas? Commercially they would be better to sell them on individual packages etc. Or perhaps give a discount to upgrade this year if you buy a full priced tickets for these areas next year.

I can see the point in bit of discount now as those who have not been there before might enjoy themselves and buy at full price next season, it's worth a chance

Cant believe people are saying same old same old because so far for me they have been a million times better the the last same old.

Including the AFC Wimbledon game in the half ticket was an excellent move.

So far so good the big difference is they have a business model and vision!

You miss the point squire!

Nobody is asking for a discount - simply have the option of being allowed to upgrade for the remainder of the season at the going rate.

The only reason i am not already up there is because i supported the SEO campaign so like many others missed the early bird offer.

If you look at the figures i have put forward you will see i am merely requesting parity and the opportunity to upgrade.

I have never asked for discount.

Please let me qualify the "same old same old" comment

I contacted the club on 5th December via email and there was recognition of the exchange. However it is now over three weeks later and I have not even received a yes/no/maybe.

This I believe is same old same old from the commercial department. I am not here to point the finger at any individual but to emphasise that at present it is still not quite working in its current state.

I have been extremely impressed with the new owners and their vision but perhaps they need to be made aware of issues like this or how can things change.

Maybe discount was the wrong word to use, I do think it should be made available like the half season ticket offer though!!! I am pretty sure they will let u upgrade I did it with 2 season tickets at the start of the season and converted them into 2 season tickets for the box we have, it was a case of just paying the difference
