There is a precident where Leicester were playing Forest in a League Cup match, Forest were winning 1-0 when Clive Clarke (at Leicester at the time) had a heart attack. When the match was rearranged, Leicester let Forests keeper run straight through to put them back one up.

Howecer, a heart attack is very different to not maintaining your generator properly. Plus the Clarke situation was not Forests fault, Tuesday night was entirely down to Shrewsbury.

So a tin pot football club fail to host a match competently twice in a row, and they expect us to gift them a one goal advantage?

Maybe if they could actually teach people how to wire properly whilst inbreeding then we wouldn't be having this conversation?

Denis Law once scored six goals for Man City in an FA cup match at Luton Town. The match was abandoned due to a waterlogged pitch with Man City leading 6-2.Luton won the rearranged match 3-1. In comparison with that Shrewsbury's paltry 1-0 lead pales into insignificance.I just hope that Vale can put on a performance and win the rearranged match. That would really rub the Shrews noses in it!!

I once attended a game at Leek v Rushden, the game was abandoned because of a major fire in a factory across the road. Rushden were winning 1-0 at the time.

The re-arranged game ended in a draw, Rushden missed out on promation by a single point.

How I would 'just love it' to happen to Shrewsbury.... 'just love it'...

They can B0LL0CKS! We will give them a goal if they reimburse each of the 800 travelling Vale fans £18 entrance fee, £5 car parking plus petrol, a pie, a pint and a programme as well as let us in for free this time for the inconvenience. Welsh inbreeds.

Spot on, let's not forget this was ABSOLUTELY their fault and yet the supporters have to fork out again.

Had their club been professional then there wouldn't be as much bad feeling about this amongst our fans.

They've shown themselves up as a small club, with inadequate facilities who are only interested in hanging home and away fans out to dry.

I really don't get this hatred of Shrewsbury, they are just a small team from what is virtually another country!

After all the nasty comments about us going into admin posted on 'Blue and Amber' they can expect no charity from us.

And how do Shrewsbury think that us gifting them a 1-0 lead would be viewed by the likes of Torquay, Southend Cheltenham etc etc??

If they are good enough, they will win. Simple.
