Fans asked for an extension, got it and are still moaning. ..unbelievable

 

One of Smurf's mistakes was to refer to 'fans' which technically is correct, but in his mind (and yours here) it means SMOE fans. I know that, but there are a fair number of people who will read 'fans' as ALL fans and rightly or wrongly, be peeved.

 

It may seem trivial but it all counts in not alienating people - and in this case there are a large number of people pleased and encouraged by the ST extension - I had already postd so.

 

Just a piece of non-patronising advice to Vale officials and anyone else using the term 'fans' - if you mean 'some fans' then say exactly that.
