Uche and Loft need to be disposed of as did Wilson. If what you say is true and he has gone then then that is 2 out of 3 gone, Loft will be a lot harder as he is on a tidy contract and nobody else will want him, especially for the 3k a week he is reportedly on.
Its now over to our recruitment team and Carol to bring in better, the bench mark is low so surely they can’t fail us again.

Really Swindon away in winter in that open end not for me now , must be getting old 😉VTID
Will most likely have the covered corner section which they normally give for away fans.

Really hope them and MKD are the 2 relegated teams next season. Swindon away is the game I am looking forward to going next season.

I think if we keep Uche and add the quality by his side required we need to bring in , he Uche be banging them in gamely plus bringing his A game to the games the bit around Xmas shows what he us all about you cannot convince me he is isn't good enough cause those games prove he is v Blackpool unstoppable ,v Barnsley second half tremendous v Charlton a great watch .
Then he got injured v Portsmouth and come back too soon but I think he would do a smashing job for us if fully fit
If moves on so be it though depends if his wages can we get better for what he is ON if Moore thinks not I'd be doing everything I can keep him .
Then he got injured against Portsmouth? He’s always been injured since the day we had him. 2 clubs sign him while he was playing for us and he fails a fitness test, he comes back to is and continues to play for us.
The guy ain’t fit and doubtful he ever will be. IMO, we should release him even if no one comes in for him.

DF was talking rot as you rightly say. All you have at the end of the window are players who were overpriced anyway and are not that motivated to get signed up, or players who no other club wanted anyway. See, Uche, Loft.
Loft was “chased all summer” by DF because if he had been any good, other clubs would have targeted him long before the summer was over. No other club was in for him.
Disagree. Most contracts finish at the end of a season, it’s when most transfers take place and teams organise for the next season. The problem is that DF and his team were crap at bringing the right players in and identifying those that could kick a ball.
Edit…..just read what you said again….. I do agree with you, DF was talking <ovf censored>, thank god he’s gone.

Hmm. £1m would certainly be life changing for me and most people, I'd imagine.
He’s talking about what the club gets. It’s only 1/3 of what we lost last season, so in effect it covers us for 4 months.

And your short memory forgets we gave Arblaster and Devine a chance last season. Add Plant to the list and you have a number of teenagers who have turned out well,by giving them a chance.
I know you don’t rate Crosby but his football expertise is a million times more than yours as you would never would have risked playing those youngsters……too much weight on their shoulders.

You are putting weight on his shoulders by expecting a 17 year old to perform with an experienced goal scorer.
Glad we put all that weight on the shoulders of Billy Painter. He worked out pretty well.

To be fair, it does not take too
much be our best forward but in a weird way, I’m going to disagree with you.
He’s got the potential to become a very good centre forward and that’s what a Premier League will be investing in, his potential.
But to get out of this league, I would rather have someone more established playing up front than relying on 17 year old
I’d rather have an experienced goal scorer alongside a huge potential Dipeppa. Don’t have to rely on just him.

Why is there a clamour for him to come back on loan if we sell him?
Because he is easily our best forward and will only improve.

If we’re gonna cash in on him I’d rather invest it into bringing some fresh faces in than have him loaned back
Why not do both?

At the time I wanted to keep this badge because it was from our greatest era. Many others did not want to keep it thinking it was dated and too 1980s.
People loved our current badge when it was unveiled. It was right in the middle of the period when Smurfwaite was being lauded as a saint and savior of the club. A bit like Carol today.
So everyone was thinking it was wonderful and saw it as a celebration of a new era, moving away from the Bratt era. A foundation of how the divine “Papa Smurf” aided by his magical “sweetie jar” was going to take the club back to the Championship.
How times change!
Definitely want this one. I have it tattooed on my arm!!

Not sure as he was sacked not just left
Barrow are puddled. To just miss out on the play offs on the last day is way above what most would expect. His first season managing a league club, he will have success elsewhere.

DC had better get Barnsley automatically promoted next season or he’ll be looking for a new club next summer.

Must have another club lined up. I would have liked us to have gone in for him.

If Ben wants to go then we have to let him go, but get as much money for him as we can. If we get around the 350k I think we could get for him then it has to be spent on a striker. If Ben goes then we have to keep Chislett, we can’t let them both go if possible.

BB prioritised the football.
Resources were scarce, but BB bought Adams back to the club. A feat in itself.
Whether you like it or not, Bil guided the club through a very dark time and in the midst of constant abuse.
No darker time than what he lead us in to.

Have we bought a player yet...
how many clubs have bought a player yet?
Cant see how you can criticise Carol yet keep defending Bratt.
- Carol purchased the club out of her own pocket and has put millions of her own money in to the club. Bratt did not
- Carol has improved the club off the pitch. We got worse under Bratt
- We are in the same division as when she took over. Me dropped a division under Bratt
- Bratt led the club in to administration
- Bratt gave away shares
- Bratt used dodgy sponsors who are now in prison
- Bratt resulted in is ending up with Smurf.
you do come across as clueless tbh.
